Most of today was spent with the kids in the pool but we did get over to Lancaster Motorsports Park long enough to see some of the big dogs run. I particularly liked this shot of the grid:

I thought I would do a little feature on Rick Norris' new race car. Rick finished this car barely in time for the Yenko Reunion at Nelson Ledges. Here The Lone Haranguer hisself gives a cheesy grin while waiting to go out on the course:

The Penske paint scheme looks real sharp.
Instrumentation at this point is pretty rudimentary: a big tach, and nothing else.
Rick still doesn't have the primaries installed, but the car ran great nonetheless:
Tomorrow we get up early for the rally. I'm looking forward to it.
