The Story:  Ron Guy is a CORSA, CORSA/NC, QCCC, and VV member living in Johnstown, although the featured Corvair is in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Pictured below is his "Def Stinger" project.

Ron is building a modern interpretation of the original Stinger concept and he ain't messing around. He started with a very solid '66 Monza and is doing a very thorough restoration of the body, coupled with some very exciting upgrades. You can see pictures and read more about the story on line and the Corvair Society of North Carolina web site. Select "Def Stinger" from the menu on the left. Ron is adding updates as work progresses, so be sure to check back for updates.
