Downtown Lansing Loft Apartments 

This historically renovated storefront building is conveniently located in downtown Lansing, Michigan within a block of the Lansing Public Library, the Cooley Law School Library, numerous restaurants, and the CATA central bus station.  Each of our units are recently renovated and have their own distinct personality.  If you're looking for a unique historic downtown environment with a contemporary urban flair, please consider us.  We're owner-managed, and eager to please.  Email Norm or call Michele at (517) 485-0070 (in the law office on the first floor) during regular business hours regarding availability and rental information.

Out of consideration to our tenants, we do not allow pets.  Occupancy of our units is limited to one or two persons under our rental license.  We are a Fair Housing landlord.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING.

All units have forced-air heating and air conditioning.  We do not currently have laundry facilities on site, nor do we have on-site parking.  Parking is available in various surface lots and in the city ramps, and rates range from $30 to $115 per month.  

Heat and water are included in rent.  Tenants are responsible for electricity and phone/Internet access.
